I joined Ultimo as Chief Marketing Officer in the summer as part of an exciting program of transformation. Despite the complexity, breadth and pace of change in the EAM software market, Ultimo has long held a solid market position. Its extraordinary speed of deployment and time to value track record, coupled with its high customer retention rate (98 percent) and zero support major escalation status sets our company’s performance apart.
Independent industry experts suggest that technical advancements are contributing to change in the EAM space. In its 2024 Green Quadrant®: EAM Software report, analyst firm Verdantix explains, “Since 2022, the EAM software market landscape has shifted in line with acquisition activity and the expansion of artificial intelligence (AI), especially generative AI (GenAI).”
And Ultimo has been investing in its products and business accordingly. The enviable pool of people talent here is supporting an increase in research & development (R&D) spend, and marketing spend has increased over 50 percent year-on-year too.
Much has changed at Ultimo in recent years. But, as an organization, we are committed to staying true to what has made us unique and desirable for three-and-a-half decades. Looking at our history, and how our product has continued to advance and modernize, we knew it was imperative that our digital face to the world match the innovation of our amazing product.
To that end, we’ve been working tirelessly to create a more modern and engaging online presence to make it easier for our stakeholders to better navigate, learn, collaborate, connect and find inspiration. This website is designed for you, whether you understand the technical aspects of EAM, or not. It leverages our proud Dutch heritage but spins up a truly international way of thinking.
Just as it is with our own software platform, the user experience on our website is important to us. We want to make sure it reflects how easy we are to do business with, and how focused we are on delivering value.

Focus on job functions – our solutions serve everyone from technicians to senior leadership, but are utilized in different ways across those roles. Our new website features messaging and content focused directly at our most frequent types of users and their own pain points.
