ISPnext and IFS Ultimo partner to improve customers’ financial and asset management processes

Through this collaboration, customers will be able to integrate technologies from both ISPnext and IFS Ultimo, providing a more efficient purchasing process. The new interconnection capabilities of the platforms are especially beneficial for companies active in wholesale, production, and services where a high degree of automation is required to ensure control, quality and efficiency.

IFS Ultimo customers join over 400 companies whose financial capabilities have been enhanced by ISPnext through the optimization of financial and procurement processes, such as the automated handling and the matching of orders to purchase invoices in ISPnext AP Automation. By using ISPnext’s advanced workflow, each IFS Ultimo order goes through an approval process that prevents unauthorized expenses. This results in a fast, cost-efficient handling of expenses and a regular grip on expenditures for end-customers.
