This marks the first time IFS has been recognized as a Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for EAM since it acquired Ultimo in 2022.
The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice recognizes vendors in this market based on reviews from verified end-user professionals. The Customers’ Choice distinction takes into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings. To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate.
According to Gartner, “The “Voice of the Customer” is a document that synthesizes Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews into insights for IT decision makers. Going from strength-to-strength
There has been a lot of positive change at Ultimo since 2022. Our products and solutions have continued to evolve. In October, we announced new artificial intelligence (AI) integrations for example.
This recognition comes after IFS Ultimo being recognized as “a LEADER” in the 2024 Verdantix Green Quadrant®: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Software report. Here, Ultimo is acknowledged for strong capabilities in business intelligence, robust integrations, its slick user interface and flexible pricing. This marks the second consecutive Verdantix report where Ultimo has achieved Leader status; a consistent standing since 2022.
Recognitions based on such customer reviews are an important indicator of Ultimo’s success and serve as a useful industry barometer.
