The following items are on the roadmap for 2022;
- Improved job scheduling capabilities
- A revised job scheduler with a better user experience. Making it easier to register leave for employees and with a better graphical overview.
- Autonomous maintenance
- A separate workflow for first-line maintenance by operators (based on the TPM method) with basic, easy-to-use, functionality for simple repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections and lubrication rounds.
- Bulk adjustments for assets
- Many times you want to change something for multiple assets. With bulk adjustments, you can select the assets in the selection list and adjust once for the selection. This will reduce the number of clicks.
- Alternative job screens & improved inspection handling
- Making it easier to process jobs and inspection lines: the ‘process job’ screens will have a stronger focus on the primary needs of a technician, and inspection lines will be equipped with the ability to distinguish between ok, not ok and not applicable and to create a follow-up job.
The following items are candidates for the roadmap and are being investigated.
- Stock & purchase improvements
- A better integration of stock management & purchasing in work order management: automatic status change when required materials are present and strong integration of the bill of materials with material planning and issuing.
- Usability of images in data entry screens
- We want to improve the usability of how images can be used within job and asset screens.
- Contractors in Ultimo
- Very often maintenance is carried out by contractors, but not always do these workers register their activities in Ultimo. It will be investigated whether there is separate functionality needed for these workers.
- Simplify Preventive Maintenance
- There are many different options in Ultimo related to Preventive Maintenance. The functionality is very extensive, but also complex to use. It must become easier to configure preventive maintenance.
- Improve asset structure
- An important part of Ultimo is to have a good overview of your asset structure with process functions, equipment, spare parts etcetera. We want to improve this core EAM functionality.
