The ISO 9001 certificate proves that Ultimo delivers good quality products and services. It also shows that Ultimo always strives to improve its processes. These processes include activities that are conducted in the areas of development, sales, implementation and support of SaaS and On-Premises software products, all for the benefit of Ultimo’s customers.
Highly committed management
Implementing the Ultimo quality management system was relatively simple, because the organisation boasts more than 30 years of experience and has the continuous drive to get better. In the final assessment, the highly committed management, the methodical approach of improvements and the quality of software development were listed as our strong points.
The results were good, but we have to say the audit by auditor DNV-GL itself was very intense. This was because the audit Ultimo had requested was an integrated audit. It not only included the certification audit for ISO 9001:2015, but also the verification audit ISO 27001:2013 and the transition audit to NEN 7510:2017.
Ultimo passed these audits with flying colours, and we are very proud of the obtained results and certificates.
