Today, we introduce Robert Pronk.
Who are you and what is your role at IFS Ultimo?
I’m Robert Pronk and since December 2020, I’ve been working at IFS Ultimo as Partner Marketing Manager. Together with our partners, I increase global brand awareness and lead generation for IFS Ultimo by jointly launching awareness and lead-generating marketing campaigns.
Why do you love working in the IFS Ultimo Channel Team?
IFS Ultimo has had a dedicated Channel Team for only a few years. This means that my role is still quite new and that there is still a lot to develop, learn and contribute to. This gives a lot of space for my own initiatives and ideas. It is really exciting to be playing a part as of this early stage, while develop this channel for IFS Ultimo.
I also like to work in an international environment, including partners in the USA, Australia, Middle East and Europe, of which the personal connection and the difference in cultures is great to experience and to learn from. In September of this year, we organized the first IFS Ultimo Partner event in Madrid, which we’ve branded as our ‘Nexus Summit’. It made me proud to see this range of successful IFS Ultimo partners in person, and to see the overall enthusiasm and drive for our mutual success.
What can partners expect from you?
Partners should expect support for their brand awareness and lead generation activities for IFS Ultimo. Whether it concerns content campaigns, events, online ads or other types of marketing activities, partners can rely on my broad experience in B2B marketing and my knowledge of our business and our solutions. If we can combine this with the local expertise of our partner, we both profit from our partnership. And happy and successful partners keep me motivated!
What is your vision on the future of the IFS Ultimo ecosystem?
Our partners are crucial in our business. Not only are they a key part of our international growth ambitions; they are also the local ears and eyes on the ground. They truly understand their customer needs and challenges, so they know how to serve them with the best possible solutions. We are confident that we have a product that offers a lot of value to their customers and prospects. I’m looking forward to supporting our partners in bringing this message and our product to the market across the globe.
What do you do in your spare time?
I live in The Netherlands with my girlfriend and my 3.5-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son. So never a dull moment at home! I like sports (table tennis, padel, cycling), travel, all kinds of music, and social activities with friends and family.
